• * Upon Streamyx activation, customer has to bring along Multimedia Confirmation Slip for the collection of their Cordless Phone at any TMpoint.

• * TM reserves the right to vary the Cordless Phone model depending on availability of stocks.

• * For Broadband & Voice Deals, customer can start enjoying call plan on the next bill date after Streamyx service is activated.

• * Customer can migrate from existing call plan to a new plan. The existing call plan will be terminated on the next bill date.

• * For Voice Deals, customer can start enjoying call plan on the next TM Homeline bill date.

• * Standard Streamyx & TM Homeline Terms & Conditons apply.

• * Cordless Phone is applicable for new subscription & upgrading to higher speed only.

• * Customer is entitled for new Cordless Phone upon upgrading speed from other services to Blockbuster Deals package.

• * Customer is entitled for a Cordless Phone when migrating to a higher speed.
